BomaFund is a private introduction service that connects reviewed Kenyan businesses with investors whose preferences fit. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What BomaFund does and does not do

• We review people and businesses, show verified investors private business profiles, and make introductions.
• We do not hold, move or manage money. Any investment is agreed and completed directly between the business and the investor, outside BomaFund.
• We do not give investment, legal or tax advice, and we do not guarantee any return or outcome.
• Expressions of interest are non-binding.

Your account

• Give accurate information about yourself and, if you are raising, your business. We may suspend accounts that give false information.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Verification unlocks deal rooms and introductions. We decide who is verified and may change that decision.

Confidential information

Business information shared behind a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) must be used only to evaluate that opportunity and must not be shared. Breaching an NDA may lead to suspension and legal action by the business.

Acceptable use

Do not use BomaFund to solicit the public, to market unrelated products, to scrape data, or for anything unlawful.

Changes and contact
